My specialty is Seniors in Transition. My approach to real estate goes beyond the transaction. I build strong relationships with my clients and their respective family members to facilitate the transition and maximize property value. I have built a team of professionals assisting me in the downsizing process, repairs and maintenance of the family home and the final move to my clients’ new home. 
I understand that my clientele goes through a lot more than the sale of their home. It’s an entire lifestyle change, which can be overwhelming. I am at your side every step of the way and I'm never short of solutions. Simple, yet practical services, such as never using a lock box for potential buyers is paramount to my value added approach. I will be at every visit to provide peace of mind to my vendors.
 
I'm known for my negotiating skills on behalf of my clients and I have a proven track record of maximizing the value of my client’s homes. My database of potential buyers range from young families to company transfers to mature adults looking to upsize or downsize.

 With 25 years in sales I have learned the importance of developing key partnerships. I will collaborate with professionals from various industries to ensure a smooth experience for you.
